Idea
Engaging the entire organization to celebrate the sales teams by creating an online betting system where employees can place virtual bets on colleagues’ sales performance, win internal prizes.
Execution
Developed logo and key visual for an online horse-racing betting platform using virtual "Wella Coins." Played with Wella’s brand equity by transforming their iconic Mermaid Hairdresser logo into a horse-racing logo, creating a modern, vibrant, and recognizable visual language inspired by Wella’s identity.
